All treatments are done in my tranquil studio space in picturesque Nyack, NY.
Holistic Practices Skincare and Green Envee skincare products and formulations are made from plant actives, essential oils, herbals and botanicals that focus on nurturing and delivering beautiful, radiant and vibrant skin.
Holistic Practices Skincare also uses Circadia Skincare formulations that combine botanicals, plant stem cells, second generation vitamins, and innovative peptide technology to deliver beautiful skin.
Signature Facial

Your journey begins here. Rest, relax and reset. I will create a facial to suit your skin’s needs with organic, all natural and botanical products that will encourage and restore your skin’s natural barrier. Connective Tissue Manipulation (CTM), gentle touch and other modalities will be used in our session. My goal is to start a conversation with you about your skin and to start you on a journey to vibrant, glowing and beautiful skin.

Signature Celluma Facial

Boost all of the beautiful work and benefits of a Signature Facial with Celluma LLLT (low level light therapy). Boost collagen production, circulation of lymph and interstitial fluids, and mitochondrial function (the power house of our cells). Reinvigorate your skin’s natural glow.
Celluma uses LLLT or photobiomodulation based on LED (Light Emitting Diode) technology implements the use of light energy to the body for therapeutic benefits. It creates a natural photobiochemical reaction much like plant photosynthesis. The energy emitted by the lights has been shown to enhance cellular metabolism, increase, repair and replenish skin cells, encourage and stimulate the production of collagen. Movement is Medicine/Gua Sha Facial

Movement is medicine. Gua Sha/lymph drainage facial therapy is steeped in the traditions of Chinese Medicine and the deep cell renewal and life sustaining power of manual lymphatic drainage. For maintaining youth, vitality and vibrant skin. Both of these practices are supported by the foundational importance of CTM (connective tissue manipulation).
Increasing movement with massage, Gua Sha facial tools and light touch manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) allows for the deeper inner workings beneath the skin’s surface to work more efficiently. The skin is poised to naturally clear itself of unnecessary obstructions that lead to acne, premature aging, signs of aging, rosacea, dark circles and sensitivities. Dermaplaning is the physical removal of keratinized skin cells on the outermost layer of the skin with the use of a surgical blade specially honed for dermaplaning over the skin. This exfoliation is gentle and primes your skin to receive optimal benefits from the active ingredients in your skincare. This treatment facial will render your skin smooth and glowing. Fine lines and wrinkles diminished and more subtle.

This firming and tightening mask integrates dynamic peptide technology, antioxidant and dermal regeneration science, resulting in microcirculation, detoxification, instant firming, lifting and tightening.

Celluma Light Therapy
30 minutes - $40
Celluma is a fantastic add-on to any facial service in that it amplifies all of the work going on beneath the skin’s surface.

Hydro Jelly Mask
30 minutes - $25
Enhance skin barrier function, boost facial moisture balance, and enrich the skin for a beautiful hydrated vibrant look. Replenishes moisture, reduces inflammation, and detoxifies.

Cancellations
Holistic Practices politely asks that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment so that if somebody else was looking for an appointment on the same day they may be accommodated.
This allows Holistic Practices the ability to accommodate others that may have wanted to book an appointment.
Botox
Please know that if you have received botox or injections, I cannot work on you for at least six months because of the nature of the facial tissue manipulation in my services.
